Removal of Your Account Information


You may request deletion of your account information by submitting a request to us by visiting the 'More - Help & About Us - Feedback or Report an Issue' page within the App or emailing to us at support@telosapp.com.

Please note that once your account deletion is processed, your Telos account will be deleted, its relevant information and services, including but not limited to a) credits and phone numbers, b)contacts Information, c)personal Information, d)location Information, e)device Information, f)usage Information belonging to your account will be completely deleted, and this action cannot be reversed. If you change your mind and wish to use our services again you will need to sign up for a new account.

We may retain certain portions of your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes to a) detect or resolve certain issues, including but not limited to issues related to security, fraud, and spam; b) comply with applicable laws, and in particular telecommunications laws; c) as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law. Please be aware that there will be a technical delay between your request and the effective removal of your user data.
